- One-time rent and utility assistance for up to six months per household.

We meet members where they are, explaining HRSN benefits and confirming OHP open card enrollment. Our team helps submit your request to the Oregon Health Authority to ensure you receive the housing support you deserve.

We coordinate access to medical, peer, social, and educational resources to ensure you have the full support network you need to thrive. Our team works with you to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and connect you with the community resources that can help you achieve stability and long-term success.
